SBC-13STATE communicates official information to CLECs via its Accessible Letter notification process. This process covers a variety of subjects, including updates on products/services promotions; deployment of new products/services; modifications and price changes to existing products/services; cancellation or retirement of existing products/services; and operational issues. The Accessible Letter notification process, however, shall not constitute a substitute for any notice required under this Agreement.

This process covers a variety of subjects, including updates on products/services promotions; deployment of new products/services; modifications and price changes to existing products/services; cancellation or retirement of existing products/services; and operational issues. Changes to this process will be developed through the CLEC User Forum process and will be implemented only with the concurrence of the CLEC User Forum Global Issues group.
