SBC OWNED MATERIALS. SBC shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all SBC owned Materials, including SBC Owned Software, and all enhancements and derivative works of such Materials, including United States and foreign intellectual property rights in such Materials ("SBC OWNED MATERIALS").
