These notices and changes to the Schedules shall be sent to Xxxxx’s on-duty Scheduling Coordinator. If Seller fails to provide Buyer with a Day-Ahead Forecast as required herein, then for such unscheduled delivery period only Buyer shall rely on the delivery Schedule provided in the Monthly Delivery Forecast or Buyer’s best estimate based on information reasonably available to Buyer and Seller shall be liable for Scheduling and delivery based on such Monthly Delivery Forecast or Buyer’s best estimate.
