SCE Limitation of Liability for Financial Losses. In no event shall the SCE Company or any Affiliates, or the officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors or suppliers of any of such entities, be liable for loss of revenue, loss of actual or prospective profits, loss of contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, reputation or goodwill or loss of, damage to or corruption of data (whether such loss or damages are direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential) arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement or any collateral contract (including the breach of this Agreement by the SCE Group Company), whether known, foreseen or foreseeable and whether in contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, under indemnity, or otherwise.
