SCHEDULE AND COORDINATION. At the beginning of the fiscal year (or other agreed upon date), the FAA Flight Standards Service’s Safety Risk Management Division (AFB-400) shall provide the EASA Flight Standards Directorate an annual schedule of FAA offices selected for FAA internal audits during the next fiscal year.
SCHEDULE AND COORDINATION. 2.5.16.1 The CM@Risk shall schedule and coordinate the Work of all of its Subcontractors on the Project including their use of the Site. The CM@Risk shall keep the Subcontractors informed of the Project CPM Schedule to enable the Subcontractors to plan and perform their Work properly. 2.5.16.2 At the time of the submission of the GMP, the CM@Risk shall submit to the Design Professional a detailed CPM Schedule for the Work, which shall provide for the expeditious and practicable execution of the Work. The CPM Schedule shall be consistent with and build upon any previous schedules issued during the Pre-Construction Phase. The CPM Schedule is not to exceed time limits current under the Contract Documents and shall be related to the Work to the extent required by the Contract Documents. 2.5.16.3 The CPM Schedule required for the performance of the Work shall include reasonable detail including a time scaled network and computer printout in accordance with the following requirements: a) no activity shall be longer than twenty-one (21) calendar days (i.e. task line item duration in the CPM Schedule) in length except fabrication and delivery activities; b) each activity must be logically tied to another activity to show its interdependency with other activities; c) installation activities must be logically tied to submittal/approval, fabrication and delivery; d) only a single critical path shall be allowed; and e) all activities on the schedule must be clearly designated. 2.5.16.4 The CM@Risk shall prepare and keep current, for the Design Professional’s approval, a timetable for submittals that is coordinated with the CM@Risk’s CPM Schedule for the Work and that allows the Design Professional the specified time to review submittals. 2.5.16.5 The CPM Schedule shall be revised monthly by the CM@Risk to reflect actual conditions in the field and be transmitted monthly to Owner and Design Professional with a Narrative Report including a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact and corrective action taken or proposed. This update is to be submitted with each Application for Progress Payment. Owner’s review of the CPM Schedule update shall not be construed as relieving CM@Risk of its complete and exclusive control over the means, methods, sequences, and techniques of construction. SCHEDULE AND COORDINATION. At the beginning of the fiscal year (or other agreed upon date) of each year, FSQA shall provide the EASA Approvals and Standardisation Directorate, Standardisation Manager an annual schedule of FAA offices selected for FAA internal audits during the next fiscal year. The EASA Approvals and Standardisation Directorate should coordinate with FSQA and identify the audits in which they are going to participate.
SCHEDULE AND COORDINATION. 3.7.1 The Design/Build Entity shall begin the construction Work upon receiving the Notice to Proceed to Commence Construction Phase (SBP-7.26), in accordance with Article 5.1. The Design/Build Entity shall schedule and coordinate the Work of all of its subcontractors on the Project including their use of the site. The Design/Build Entity shall keep the subcontractors informed of the Project construction schedule to enable the subcontractors to plan and perform the Work properly. The Design/Build Entity shall carry the Work forward expeditiously with adequate forces and shall achieve Completion of the Work prior to the Contract Completion Date specified in Article 5.2, as adjusted by Change Orders and Amendments. 3.7.2 Schedule Management a) Schedule Modifications: If, as a result of the monthly schedule update the Project Schedule no longer represents the actual / logical progression of the Work or the Design/Build Entity’s plan for prosecution and progress of the Work, the Principal Representative shall require the Design/Build Entity to submit a revision to the Project Schedule. Such revisions to the Schedule shall not alter any of the Project Milestone dates. b) Schedule Impacts, Schedule Delays, Time Extensions: During the course of the Project, it may be appropriate to revise the Schedule to incorporate impacts or delay issues into the Project Schedule. If the Design/Build Entity determines it has encountered schedule impacts that may warrant a time extension, the Design/Build Entity shall present an Impacted Schedule in accordance with the Contract General Conditions, to the Principal Representative supporting its claim. c) Recovery Schedule: In the event progress falls behind schedule dates, the Design/Build Entity shall prepare a recovery schedule indicating its revised plan to assure the timely completion of the Work. The recovery schedule shall be subject to the Principal Representative’s approval.

The schedule shall be consistent with previously issued schedules, not exceed time limits under the Contract Documents and shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule for the performance of the Work shall be a Critical Path Method system or other system acceptable to the City.

  • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.

  • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Lightyear to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Lightyear’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below. 2.1.9.2 “Order Coordination – Time Specific” (OC-TS) allows Lightyear to order a specific time for OC to take place. BellSouth will make every effort to accommodate Lightyear’s specific conversion time request. However, BellSouth reserves the right to negotiate with Lightyear a conversion time based on load and appointment control when necessary. This OC-TS is a chargeable option for all Loops except Unbundled Copper Loops (UCL) and Universal Digital Channel (UDC), and is billed in addition to the OC charge. Lightyear may specify a time between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (location time) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If Lightyear specifies a time outside this window, or selects a time or quantity of Loops that requires BellSouth technicians to work outside normal work hours, overtime charges will apply in addition to the OC and OC-TS charges. Overtime charges will be applied based on the amount of overtime worked and in accordance with the rates established in the Access Services Tariff, Section E13.2, for each state. The OC-TS charges for an order due on the same day at the same location will be applied on a per Local Service Request (LSR) basis.

  • Notice and Cooperation Each Party shall provide to the other Party prompt written notice of any actual or threatened infringement of the Product Trademarks in the Territory and of any actual or threatened claim that the use of the Product Trademarks in the Territory violates the rights of any Third Party. Each Party agrees to cooperate fully with the other Party with respect to any enforcement action or defense commenced pursuant to this Section 7.7.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator coordinates and manages the Project and represents the Participants before Stichting LSH-TKI. Participants appoint [Participant] as Project Coordinator and authorize Mr/Mrs ……….. to carry out the tasks set forth under this Section 6.7 and Section 6.8. In particular, the Project Coordinator shall be responsible for: preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of Project Committee chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings; monitoring compliance by the Participants with their obligations; keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available; collecting and reviewing information on the progress of the Project and submitting outline scientific reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification), if required, to Stichting LSH-TKI and other Participants; transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project; administration of the Budget and fulfilling the financial tasks, all as described in Article 7; providing, upon request, the Participants with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Project Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Participants to present claims. The Project Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Participant.

  • Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.
