Partner to provide documentation of their plans to test and demonstrate their infrastructure as part of a Partner arranged flight test and/or a NASA flight test, including a schedule and any other relevant information. Partner to provide descriptions of NC-1 flight activities and the NC-1 scenarios that will be used to demonstrate the Partner infrastructure. Partner to provide existing System Security Plan – System Security Plan covering Partner test network, to be reviewed by NASA for content required for Interconnection Security Agreement Partner to provide hardware and/or software system functional description of infrastructure system or service – Document describing the functionality of the hardware/software components to be used for NC-1 flight demonstrations. NASA to provide Data Recording Documents, and any other needed documents, that define NASA and Partner data collection during NC-1 flight demonstrations. Partner to demonstrate and document compliance with NC FTI system interface. Partner to conduct NC-1 flight activities at an external range and/or participate in a NASA provided flight test for the demonstration and evaluation of Partner infrastructure systems and services. Partner to provide input to NASA covering Partner lessons learned, details of fight activities and scenarios supported. NASA to provide final report with findings from NC-1 flight activities to demonstrate integrated vehicle/airspace scenarios. 1. The Partner shall provide transmitter for compatibility testing L-9 months if the transmitter changed from previous tested transmitter.
2. The Partner shall provide funding for launch by Launch-120 days in the amount of $257,631.
3. The Partner shall provide detailed requirements by L-90 days for launch.

1. HUNCH Team Coordinator and Partner determine specific project(s) for each school year. Partner will choose students with appropriate skills that are necessary to complete the project and provide a student list to NASA MSFC. Start of each academic year plus two (2) weeks
2. NASA MSFC will conduct internal reviews and the necessary approvals for projects and students through the Export Control office and Security office. As needed
3. Project is assigned to Partner. HUNCH Team Coordinator provides design drawings and other information necessary for the students to successfully complete the assigned project. HUNCH Team Coordinator provides materials required for the construction of assigned project item(s). One (1) month following start of each academic year
4. Progress report due to HUNCH Team Coordinator. Halfway between start of each academic year and April of each academic year
5. Ongoing HUNCH Team Coordinator support to Partner. Start of each academic year through April of each academic year
6. Delivery of project to MSFC at a Team Recognition Day. Provide feedback to MSFC about the project as requested via website surveys. April of each academic year

2. NASA MSFC to provide security plan for Tie Rod tests in NTREES facilities and related analysis Within two months after Effective Date
3. General Atomics to establish target test dates for a Tie Rod test sample in NTREES by assessing the NASA schedules for these test facilities and General Atomics test sample availability Within two weeks after Effective Date
4. NASA MSFC to provide a draft Tie Rod test plan to utilize NTREES and design any special fixturing needed to accomplish the testing requirements specified in milestone 1 75 days before milestone 11
5. NASA MSFC prepares NTREES system for Tie Rod test article and installs any special fixturing to accomplish the test 17 days before milestone 9
6. General Atomics delivers Tie Rod test articles to NASA MSFC for testing 14 days before milestone 9
7. NASA MSFC conducts a test readiness review for NTREES testing to verify test procedures are compliant with requirements, and system checkout tests are successful 60 days after milestone 4
8. NASA MSFC submits Test Readiness Review Charts 7 days after milestone 7
9. NASA MSFC submits Final Test Plan 15 days after milestone 7
10. General Atomics finalizes and approves test plan for Tie Rod tests in NTREES system based on results of TRR 7 days before milestone 9
11. NASA MSFC to install test articles and conduct Tie Rod testing in NTREES according to test plan approved by Partner, according to date established in Milestone 3 As agreed in milestone 3
12. General Atomics conducts a "quick look" of test results to determine if test requirements have been met and recommend path to move onto next test article Within 2 days after milestone 11
13. NASA MSFC removes test fixtures from NTREES test chamber and returns test articles to Partner Within 7 days after milestone 11
