SIGNATORY AUTHORITY. Contractor warrants that it has full power and authority to enter into and perform this Contract, and the person signing this Contract warrants that he/she has been properly authorized and empowered to enter into this Contract.
SIGNATORY AUTHORITY. Each person signing this Contract in a representative capacity expressly represents that the signatory has the subject party’s authority to so sign and that the subject party will be bound by the signatory’s execution of this Contract.
