SCHEDULE AND MODIFICATIONS Clause Samples
The 'Schedule and Modifications' clause defines how the timeline for performance or delivery under the agreement is established and how changes to that schedule can be made. Typically, it outlines the initial deadlines or milestones and sets forth the procedures for requesting, approving, or implementing modifications, such as requiring written consent from both parties for any changes. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the project timeline and provides a structured process for handling adjustments, thereby minimizing disputes and maintaining project momentum.
