Schedule Maintenance Reports. The CM shall prepare and distribute MONTHLY schedule maintenance reports during the Construction Phase. The reports shall compare the actual construction dates to scheduled construction dates of each separate construction contract and to the Master Schedule for the Project.

Schedule Maintenance Reports. In conjunction with the services to be provided by Concessionaire pursuant to this Section 3.3, Concessionaire shall prepare and distribute, or cause to be prepared and distributed, to BOR, Institution, and Program Manager schedule maintenance reports that shall compare actual progress with scheduled progress for the Design Phase.
