Common use of Schedule of Collateral Documents Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Collateral Documents. The schedule of proforma contracts and other documents applicable to the Defence Major Works Subcontract (MASC-1 2021): posted on DEQMS (or any alternative location notified by the Contractor's Representative), as amended from time to time by the Commonwealth; and which as at the Award Date include the contracts and other documents specified in the Subcontract Particulars. The schedule (if any) set out or specified in the Subcontract Particulars, containing rates and prices to be used for the purpose of calculating the Subcontract Price.
