Common use of Schedule of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Collateral. At such time and from time to time as may be prescribed by Lender, Borrower and/or VVI will execute and deliver to Lender a schedule of Collateral, in form satisfactory to Lender, describing all Collateral in value of up to the amount of the unpaid aggregate amount drawn on the Line of Credit of Borrower with respect to which Lender has requested information.
