Common use of Schedule of Contracts Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Contracts. The information pertaining to such Contract set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts was true and correct in all material respects at the Closing Date and the calculations of the Scheduled Balances appearing in such Schedule of Contracts for each such Contract at the Closing Date and at each Distribution Date thereafter prior to the related Maturity Date have been performed in accordance with this Agreement and are accurate.

Schedule of Contracts. The information pertaining to such Contract set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts was true and correct in all material respects at the Closing Date and the calculations of the Scheduled Principal Balances appearing in such Schedule of Contracts for each such Contract at the Closing Date and at each Distribution Date thereafter prior to the related Maturity Date have been performed in accordance with this Agreement and are accurate.
