Common use of Schedule of Filings Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Filings. Attached hereto as Schedule 7 is a schedule of (i) the appropriate filing offices for the financing statements attached hereto as Schedule 6 and (ii) the appropriate filing offices for the filings described in Schedule 11(c) and (iii) any other actions required to create, preserve, protect and perfect the security interests in the Collateral (as defined in the Guaranty and Security Agreement) granted, assigned or pledged to Agent pursuant to the Guaranty and Security Agreement or any other Loan Document. No other filings or actions are required to create, preserve, protect and perfect the security interests in the Collateral granted, assigned or pledged to Agent pursuant to the Loan Documents.

No other filings or actions are required to create, preserve, protect and perfect the security interests in the Pledged Collateral granted, assigned or pledged to Agent pursuant granted to the Loan Agents to the extent required by the Collateral Documents.
