Attached hereto as Schedule 6 is a schedule of (i) the appropriate filing offices for the financing statements attached hereto as Schedule 5 , (ii) the appropriate filing offices for the filings described in Schedule 11(c), (iii) the appropriate filing offices for the Mortgages and fixture filings relating to the Mortgaged Property set forth in Schedule 7(a) and (iv) any other actions required to create, preserve, protect and perfect the security interests in the Collateral granted to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Collateral Documents. No other filings or actions are required to create, preserve, protect and perfect the security interests in the Collateral granted to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Collateral Documents.
