The information concerning the Financed Student Loans set forth in Schedule A-1 to this Agreement and Schedule A of the related Transfer Agreement is true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Cut-off Date (with respect to Schedule A-1 to this Agreement) or each applicable Subsequent Cut-off Date (with respect thereto), as applicable. The computer tape or electronic data transmission regarding the Initial Financed Student Loans is true and correct in all material respects as of the Cut-off Date and each computer tape or electronic data transmission regarding the Subsequent Student Loans will be true and correct in all material respects as of the related Subsequent Cut-off Date.
