Common use of Schedule of Inventory Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Inventory. The Borrower shall deliver to the Agent on or before the Effective Date and not later than the last Business Day of each Fiscal Month thereafter a Schedule of Inventory as of the last Business Day of the immediately preceding Fiscal Month of the Borrower, itemizing and describing the kind, type and quantity of Inventory, the Borrower's cost thereof and the location thereof.

Schedule of Inventory. The Borrower Borrowers' Agent shall deliver to the Agent on or before the Effective Date and Agent, not later than the last Business Day 20th day of each Fiscal Month thereafter fiscal month, a Schedule of Inventory as of the last Business Day of the immediately preceding Fiscal Month of the Borrowerfiscal month, itemizing and describing the kind, type and quantity of the Obligors' Inventory, the Borrower's Obligors' cost thereof thereof, and the location thereof.
