Schedule of Loans, Dealer Agreements, Purchase Agreements and Contracts. Schedule A to this Agreement and each supplement or addendum thereto is and will be an accurate and complete listing of all Loans, the related Dealer Agreements, Purchase Agreements and Contracts in all material respects on the date each such Loan and other Seller Property was sold to the Trust hereunder, and the information contained therein is and will be true and correct in all material respects as of such date.
