Common use of Schedule of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Receivables. The information set forth in the Schedule of Receivables is true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Cutoff Date, and no selection procedures believed by World Omni to be adverse to the Noteholders were utilized in selecting the Receivables. The computer tape or other listing regarding the Receivables made available to the Issuing Entity and its assigns (which computer tape or other listing is required to be delivered as specified herein) is true and correct in all material respects.
