Common use of Schedule of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Receivables. The information set forth in Schedule A to this Agreement is true and correct in all material respects as of the opening of business on the applicable Cutoff Date, and no selection procedures believed to be adverse to the Noteholders or Certificateholders were utilized in selecting the Receivables.
