Common use of Schedule of Tenant Property Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Tenant Property. Upon receipt of written request from Landlord, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a schedule of all lenders, purchase money equipment financiers, equipment lessors, and other parties who, other than Tenant, have any liens, security interests, ownership interests, or other similar interests in and to any Tenant Personal Property within the Premises with a value of or exceeding One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) (the “Tenant Property Schedule”). The Tenant Property Schedule shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to Landlord and shall include: (i) the name, address, and other contact information for the agent or lead bank (“Agent Bank”) in connection with Tenant’s senior credit facility, and (ii) a detailed breakdown of each applicable item of Tenant Personal Property, its age, useful economic life, and estimated value, and any lenders, purchase money equipment financiers, equipment lessors, or other parties who have a lien, security interest, ownership interest, or other similar ownership interest in such item and the contact information for any and all such parties. Tenant shall be required to deliver to Landlord an updated Tenant Property Schedule upon the commencement of each Lease Year and in connection with any change or replacement of Agent Bank.
