Common use of Scheduled Commitment Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Commitment Termination Date. If the scheduled Commitment Termination Date and the Final Maturity Date shall have been extended in respect of Consenting Lenders and any Replacement Lender in accordance with Section 2.17(a), all references herein to the “Commitment Termination Date” and the “Final Maturity Date” shall refer to the Commitment Termination Date or the Final Maturity Date as so extended.
