SCHEDULED DATES. If because of war, strike, the destruction, government order, terrorist act, act of God or other cause beyond the control of the Association, the Conference must be canceled, the Association shall be relieved of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Sponsorships are non-refundable. The Association shall determine the remaining aggregate value of the sponsorship fees as of the date of cancellation or postponement, and apply the remaining sponsorship value to an upcoming conference as agreed to by the parties. Sponsor acknowledges and agrees that the Association may be required to change the format and/or scheduled dates of the Conference as set forth in the Contract for reasons beyond its control or for reasons that, in the sole judgment of the Association, will benefit the Conference and the participating sponsors and virtual exhibitors. In the event that the Association is required, or decides, to change the format and/or dates of the Conference, the Association will make its best efforts to notify Sponsors and Exhibitors in writing of such change at least sixty (60) days prior to the dates originally set forth in the Contract.

SCHEDULED DATES i. The installation date agreed between the customer and the company cannot be guaranteed by the company though they shall make their best endeavours to do so. ii. The company shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, charges or expenses incurred by the customer as the direct or indirect result of any delay in the delivery, installation or completion of an order. iii. The company will make their best endeavours to, but shall not guarantee to complete the installation of a product by any specified date or time. iv. If the customer postpones or delays the commencement of the works after the initial payment has been received by the company the customer shall not be repaid any of the initial payment. v. The customer accepts that any postponement or delay to the commencement of the works as a result of the customer delaying or postponing the works may cause the company to reschedule the works to suit their own commitments.
SCHEDULED DATES. 8.1. The company will always try to honour the estimated delivery/installation date, as clearly set out within the payment schedule However, we cannot guarantee the installation date and cannot be held responsible for postponement or delay outside of our control, this may include but is not limited to extreme weather conditions, access difficulties, parking, traffic. 8.2. The company cannot be held liable for any loss, damages, charges or expenses incurred by the customer as the direct or indirect result of any delay in the delivery, installation or completion of an order. The company will not be held financially liable for return visits that may be required for any rectification works to the building. 8.3. Any time frames given to the customer to suggest the duration of an installation are an estimate only and do not form part of any contract. The company will not guarantee to complete the installation of a building by any specified date or time.

  • Scheduled Days Off Except in cases of emergency, no employee will be required to return to his/her place of employment on his/her scheduled day off.

  • Due Dates If the payment due date falls on a Sunday or on a holiday that is observed on a Monday, the payment due date shall be the first non-holiday day following such Sunday or holiday. If the payment due date falls on a Saturday or on a holiday which is observed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, the payment due date shall be the last non-holiday day preceding such Saturday or holiday. If payment is not received by the payment due date, a late payment charge, as set forth in Section 1.4.1.2, below, shall apply.

  • Payment Dates Whenever any payment or other obligation hereunder shall be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Pay Dates Pay dates shall be on the fifteenth (15th) and the last day of each month.

  • Payment Due Dates Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections II and III above, payment due date shall be at least invoice date plus 30 days. If the County is late in issuing an invoice, the contracting entity would always have at least invoice date plus 30 days to pay. If the County is early in issuing an invoice, the contracting entity would still have a payment due date of either 60 days after the beginning of the quarter (quarterly invoices) or 30 days after the beginning of the service month (monthly invoices).

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Repayment Dates The first Instalment shall be repaid on the date falling three months after the Drawdown Date, each subsequent Instalment shall be repaid at three-monthly intervals thereafter and the last Instalment, shall be repaid together with the Balloon Instalment, on the Final Repayment Date.

  • Scheduled Vesting If you remain a Service Provider continuously from the Grant Date specified on the cover page of this Agreement, then the Units will vest in the amounts and on the Scheduled Vesting Dates specified in the Vesting Schedule.

  • Calculation Dates The interest rate applicable to each Interest Reset Period will be determined by the Calculation Agent on or prior to the Calculation Date (as defined below), except with respect to LIBOR, which will be determined on the particular Interest Determination Date. Upon request of the Holder of a Floating Rate Note, the Calculation Agent will disclose the interest rate then in effect and, if determined, the interest rate that will become effective as a result of a determination made for the next succeeding Interest Reset Date with respect to such Floating Rate Note. The “Calculation Date”, if applicable, pertaining to any Interest Determination Date will be the earlier of: (1) the tenth calendar day after the particular Interest Determination Date or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day; or (2) the Business Day immediately preceding the applicable Interest Payment Date or the Maturity Date, as the case may be.

  • Scheduled Valid Day A day that is scheduled to be a Valid Day on the principal United States national or regional securities exchange or market on which the Shares are listed or admitted for trading. If the Shares are not so listed or admitted for trading, “Scheduled Valid Day” means a Business Day.
