Common use of Scheduled Delivery Dates Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Delivery Dates. Seller shall deliver the Equipment to the Buyer as set forth in Exhibit A, in accordance with the Scheduled Delivery Dates set forth in Exhibit A, at Seller’s risk and expense as provided in this Contract, all for the consideration as specified in Exhibit A. Buyer and Seller agree that Seller shall deliver to Buyer 400 units during each of the following months: April 2006, May 2006, June 2006, July 2006 and August 2006. Buyer will arrange the necessary chassis to the discharging terminal for stevedoring, and all necessary arrangement shall be as per discussion between terminal and Buyer, Seller will inform the terminal contacts in advance.
