Scheduled Registration Suspension Periods. During any Scheduled Registration Suspension Period, the Manager shall suspend, and shall cause the Trust to suspend, the disposition of any Registrable Securities pursuant to the Registration Statement, the Prospectus or any supplement thereto until termination of such Scheduled Registration Suspension Period. For the avoidance of doubt, during any Scheduled Registration Suspension Period, the Manager shall be permitted to dispose, or cause the Trust to dispose, of Registrable Securities pursuant to Rule 144, if then available.
