Scheduled Return of Holder Advances. The outstanding Holder Amount shall be due in full on the Expiration Date. On each such date and on the Expiration Date, subject to the terms of the Participation Agreement, the Owner Trustee shall pay to each Holder its portion of the aggregate Holder Amount then due, together with all accrued but unpaid Holder Yield and all other amounts due to such Holders from the Owner Trustee hereunder or under the Operative Agreements.
