Scheduled Sale Date. The Sale of an Aircraft by the relevant Seller to Buyer or the relevant Buyer’s Nominee shall take place on the Scheduled Sale Date for that Aircraft. If necessary to accommodate flight schedules, the Sale of an Aircraft and its respective Engines may be effected at different times or on different dates in a manner and on terms agreed by relevant Seller and Buyer (each acting reasonably).
