APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS This Statement-of-Work identifies applicable documents. These documents provide detailed requirements regarding Satellite performance, interfaces, and/or standardized design, fabrication, and testing processes/procedures. BATC and DigitalGlobe will perform the defined work according to these standardized processes/procedures such that the delivered products meet the performance and ICD requirements. In the event of any conflict between these documents, the following order of precedence shall prevail: a) Agreement Terms & Conditions; b) Statement of Work; c) Satellite Specification; d) Other Applicable documents. Collateral Schedules and Locations Insofar as the Collateral consists of inventory, Grantor shall deliver to Lender, as often as Lender shall require, such lists, descriptions, and designations of such Collateral as Lender may require to identify the nature, extent, and location of such Collateral. Such information shall be submitted for Grantor and each of its subsidiaries or related companies.
Schedules Schedules to this Agreement form a part of it.
Schedules/Exhibits Any capitalized terms used in any Schedule or Exhibit to this Agreement but are not otherwise defined therein have the meanings set forth in this Agreement.
Collateral Schedules Concurrently with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, Borrower shall execute and deliver to Lender schedules of Accounts and Inventory and schedules of Eligible Accounts and Eligible Inventory in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender. Thereafter supplemental schedules shall be delivered according to the following schedule: With respect to Eligible Accounts, schedules shall be delivered within thirty (30) days of each month end. With respect to Eligible Inventory, schedules shall be delivered within thirty (30) days of each month end.
Exhibits/Schedules The Exhibits and Schedules to this Agreement are hereby incorporated and made a part hereof and are an integral part of this Agreement. All Exhibits and Schedules annexed hereto or referred to herein are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this Agreement as if set forth in full herein. Any capitalized terms used in any Schedule or Exhibit but not otherwise defined therein shall be defined as set forth in this Agreement.
Letter Agreements; Schedules The General Partner may, or may cause the Partnership to, without the approval of any Limited Partner or other Person, enter into separate letter agreements with individual Limited Partners with respect to any matter, in each case on terms and conditions not inconsistent with this Agreement, which have the effect of establishing rights under, or supplementing the terms of, this Agreement. The General Partner may from time to time execute and deliver to the Limited Partners schedules which set forth information contained in the books and records of the Partnership and any other matters deemed appropriate by the General Partner. Such schedules shall be for information purposes only and shall not be deemed to be part of this Agreement for any purpose whatsoever.
Schedules etc References to this Agreement shall include any Recitals and Schedules to it and references to Clauses and Schedules are to Clauses of, and Schedules to, this Agreement. References to paragraphs and Parts are to paragraphs and Parts of the Schedules.
Disclosure Documents 6.3 You and your agents shall not give any information or make any representations or statements on behalf of the Trust or concerning the Trust, the Underwriter or an Adviser, other than information or representations contained in and accurately derived from the registration statement or prospectus for the Trust shares (as such registration statement and prospectus may be amended or supplemented from time to time), annual and semi-annual reports of the Trust, Trust-sponsored proxy statements, or in Sales Literature/Promotional Material created by us for the Trust and provided by the Trust or its designee to you, except as required by legal process or regulatory authorities or with the written permission of the Trust or its designee.
Delivery of Disclosure Documents Upon request by a customer that is a Shareholder of the Funds, FSSC will send a copy of the current Prospectus (and, if expressly requested, Statement of Additional Information), annual report or semi-annual report for any Fund (“Disclosure Documents”) to the customer within three (3) business days of such request.
