Unless specifically provided otherwise, as used in this Agreement, the terms "herein", "hereof" and "hereunder" refer to this Agreement in its entirety and are not limited to any specific paragraph. Unless specifically provided otherwise, all references to Sections numbers in this Agreement are references to Sections of this Agreement. All references to exhibits and schedules in this Agreement are references to exhibits and schedules attached to this Agreement, which exhibits and schedules are incorporated herein by this reference.
