Scheduling Changes Caused by You. You agree to notify us at least 5 business days in advance of your intention to reschedule previously confirmed on-site Professional Services sessions. If you do not provide such notice, and we are unable to re-assign the resources scheduled to provide your Professional Services, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of up to $750 for each day cancelled without such notice.
