Schematic Design Phase Documents. Schematic Design Phase Documents shall consist of reports containing conceptual layouts, sketches and schematic design criteria with appropriate exhibits, sufficient to present the complete concept of the Project, including all major elements of the building(s), system(s), machinery, equipment, structure(s), and site design(s), proposed for construction which complies with the current program and cost limitations.
