Scheme Information. 9.4.1 LGSS acknowledges that the Scheme Information is, and will become and remain, the property of the Administering Authority. 9.4.2 LGSS shall on reasonable notice provide the Administering Authority or their appointed agents with access to the Scheme Information held by LGSS.
