Common use of Schlumberger Indemnities Clause in Contracts

Schlumberger Indemnities. (a) Schlumberger agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ERF and its directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors, from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses (including costs and reasonable fees of attorneys and other professionals), judgments or settlement amounts arising out of or in connection with bodily/personal injury, disease or death of Schlumberger’s or its Affiliate’s employees, without regard to the cause or causes thereof or the sole or concurrent negligence, fault or strict liability regardless of the fault of ERF.
