School Board Approval. This Agreement shall not take effect until and unless the Board of School Directors for the District approves this Agreement.
School Board Approval. The Board of Education of LAUSD (the "School Board") shall have approved the execution, delivery, and consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. The parties hereto agree that as of the date hereof, the School Board has approved the transactions.
School Board Approval. The GEOTECH Firm shall submit any subconsultants, separate consultants, or subcontractors to the School Board for prior written approval. The School Board has the sole discretion to withhold its approval.
