School District Contribution. The School District will contribute a percentage of the contributions as defined in this Article toward the premiums of the group insurance programs, determined by the percentage of the 8-hour day and 190-day year worked by the part-time personnel.

School District Contribution. The District will continue its present par- ticipation in the premium cost of life insurance coverage, but in no case shall this be less than approximately one-half (½) of such premium cost.
School District Contribution. The School District will pay a matching contribution of up to 1.0% of teacher’s salary. The contribution by the School District will be calculated on the teacher’s basic salary, including extended contract pay, but shall not include extra-curricular, coordinator, 6th assignments, or other additional stipends. School District Contribution. The amount of the school district match contribution shall be up to $750.00 for each bus driver who in total has an 8 hour per day am and/or pm package and for each bus monitor that is regularly scheduled to work 8 hours per day. Drivers with less than an 8 hour per day package and monitors who are regularly scheduled to work less than 8 hours are eligible for a pro-rata match contribution using the same formula as is described for insurance in Article V, Section 4. The lifetime maximum contribution for any employee is $6,000. The match contribution amount for the year will not be adjusted for employees that add packages or increase hours after September 15 of each year.

Part time employees will receive pro-rata contributions.
