Scope and Effect of Agreement. A. This Agreement constitutes the entire and complete commitment and agreement between the parties concerning wages and terms and conditions of employment for the duration of the Agreement. The parties hereby agree that this Agreement is in full settlement of all outstanding issues between the parties, and that this Agreement may be altered, changed, added to, deleted from, or modified only through the mutual consent of the parties in a written, executed amendment of this Agreement.
