Common use of Scope and Modification of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Scope and Modification of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties and supersedes all earlier and contemporaneous representations, understandings, oral and written agreements about us, all of the subject matters in this Agreement, and the Franchised Business, including, but not limited to, any and all oral or written representations concerning cost or profitability. No modification or change to this Agreement shall have any effect unless it is in writing and signed by you and our authorized representative.
