Scope Definitions and Construction Sample Clauses
The "Scope, Definitions and Construction" clause establishes the boundaries of the agreement, clarifies the meanings of key terms, and sets out the rules for interpreting the contract. It typically lists specific definitions for important words or phrases used throughout the document and may outline how ambiguities or conflicts in the contract language should be resolved. By doing so, this clause ensures that all parties have a shared understanding of the contract’s terms and reduces the risk of disputes arising from misinterpretation or unclear language.
