Common use of Scope of Applicability Clause in Contracts

Scope of Applicability. 1.1. These General Terms regulate the conditions for concluding contracts and providing postal services of PPL. If any third party’s claim towards PPL was to be established in relation to the respective Service, it shall be understood that the Consignor have agreed the respective Service also on behalf of such third party. Such third party may typically be, but not limited to, the Shipment recipient (hereinafter the “Consignee”).
