Common use of SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE CONTRACT. Pursuant to the Crude Hydrocarbons Code, the State hereby authorizes the Contractor to carry out on an exclusive basis in the Exploration Perimeter defined in Appendix 1 the appropriate and necessary Petroleum Operations within the framework of this Contract.
