Common use of Scope of Business Activity Clause in Contracts

Scope of Business Activity. Borrower will not and will cause each Subsidiary not to engage in any business or activities other than those representing its respective, present business, provided that Borrower or any Subsidiary may acquire or commence new or additional related businesses which do not materially adversely affect the nature or operation of Borrower's or such Subsidiary's existing business.
