The ABL Agent, for and on behalf of the ABL Claimholders, hereby acknowledges that the Term Loan Agent, for and on behalf of the Term Loan Claimholders, has been granted Liens upon all of the Collateral pursuant to the Term Loan Credit Documents to secure the Term Loan Obligations. The Term Loan Agent, for and on behalf of the Term Loan Claimholders, hereby acknowledge that the ABL Agent, for and on behalf of the ABL Claimholders, has been granted Liens upon all of the Collateral pursuant to the ABL Credit Documents to secure the ABL Obligations.
