Scope of Governance. Each Committee shall only have such powers, authority and responsibilities as are specifically assigned to it in this Agreement, and such powers shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no Committee will have any power to amend this Agreement, and no Committee decision shall be in contravention of or conflict with any terms and conditions of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that issues to be formally decided by a Committee are only those specific issues that are expressly provided in this Agreement to be decided by such Committee.
