Common use of Scope of Governmental Approvals Clause in Contracts

Scope of Governmental Approvals. The Redeveloper represents that it will cause to be prepared and filed, at Redeveloper’s sole cost and expense, all Governmental Applications as may be necessary and appropriate for the purpose of obtaining all Governmental Approvals required to implement the Project consistent with the Construction Schedule. All of the Governmental Applications shall be in conformity with the applicable provisions of the Redevelopment Plan, this Redevelopment Agreement and Applicable Laws. Redeveloper shall provide the Township with a copy of each Governmental Application at the same time those applications are submitted to the governmental agency having jurisdiction over the same.
