Common use of Scope of License Granted Clause in Contracts

Scope of License Granted. The grant of rights under this Agreement is limited to use of the Intellectual Property rights, and any related non-intellectual property rights, in the United States. The territory covered by this grant of rights is only the United States. If a member desires to export APPLES to other countries, the member must enter into a separate export license agreement with MAIA, or its successor or assigns, prior to any export of APPLES. Export of APPLES under this Agreement is expressly prohibited.
