SCOPE OF MANUFACTURING. 5.1 The Supplier shall not manufacture any Contract Products beyond the scope agreed in the individual contract or purchase any materials necessary for their manufacture. Xx. Xxxxxxxxx is not under any obligation to accept or pay for such products or materials. 5.2 As far as in a particular case an order for minimum quantities of raw materials (e.g. aluminium) becomes necessary which go beyond the scope agreed in the individual contract, the parties can after joint consultation enter into a different agreement.
