Common use of Scope of Nonsolicitation Clause in Contracts

Scope of Nonsolicitation. The Executive shall not, in addition, directly or indirectly (i) solicit, influence or entice any employee or consultant of the Company to cease his relationship with the Company or (ii) solicit, entice or in any way divert any customer or supplier of the Company to do business with an entity described herein. This Section 9.3 shall apply during the time period and geographical area described in Section 9.2 hereof.

This Section 9.3 subparagraph 8.3 shall apply during the time period and geographical area described in Section 9.2 subparagraph 8.2 hereof.
