Scope of Nonsolicitation. Employee shall not directly or indirectly solicit, influence or entice, or attempt to solicit, influence or entice, any employee or consultant of the Company to cease his relationship with the Company or solicit, influence, entice or in any way divert any customer, distributor, partner, joint venturer or supplier of the Company to do business or in any way become associated with any Competitor. This Section 8.3 shall apply during the time period and geographical area described in Section 8.2 hereof.
