Scope of Operation. This Agreement will apply to all employees of the Company employed in Victoria under classifications contained in the Award. It will also apply to Victorian based employees sent by the Company to work temporarily in other states. The parties will observe other relevant signed site Agreements as determined by the application of Clause 3.
