Common use of Scope of placements Clause in Contracts

Scope of placements. Placements at any facility of the Health Care Provider will be subject in each case to the specific prior agreement of the Health Care Provider and the Educator, as represented by the Health Faculty effecting the placement, as to: the number of students and instructors to be involved, the term of the placement, the resources, if any, to be committed by the Health Care Provider, and the schedule of activities insofar as, and to the extent, the Health Care Provider or its personnel are involved.
