Common use of Scope of Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Scope of Supplemental Indenture. The changes, modifications and supplements to the Original Indenture affected by this Supplemental Indenture shall be applicable only with respect to, and shall only govern the terms of, the Notes, which shall be limited initially to $[ ] aggregate principal amount, except as otherwise provided herein, and which may be issued from time to time, and shall not apply to any other Debt Securities that may be issued under the Original Indenture unless a supplemental indenture with respect to such other Debt Securities specifically incorporates such changes, modifications and supplements.
